Because of the overwhelming comments on the web site, I need to ask you to put your information in a particular format:

Before we can add any information about an individual (such as in the notables section or in authors) we need to have some documentation about them. To include information about an individual on the site, please write a description of up to 25 words, and include some link to documentation about the information, or fax documentation to 972-291-3400. PLEASE include your EMAIL ADDRESS and NAME so we can contact you to verify the information if needed.

For remembrances, please write in paragraph form -- no documentation needed.

If you have pictures, mention them and I'll email you if we can use them.
